As tenants, Sam and the team from Borris. were just brilliant, always professional and such a joy to work with. They were responsive to any issues we had (including on weekends and after hours!), supportive during COVID, accommodating with requests around inspections and maintenance, and always there if we had any concerns. You can't ask for more as tenants, and can honestly say we have never had better property managers during our time as tenants! Thank you Sam for being such a wonderful Property Manager during our time in Moncrieff.

It was a great choice that I made based on word of mouth. What is unique in them is the whole team is equally aware of the property managed as much as the property manager. When there is an issue the top management is fully across the issues and corrective actions. Another speciality is they never bring an issue to the owner with out optional solutions.If you are after an agent that you need immediate attention to your issues. This agent would be your first choice. I hope they would be able to main this excellent service as their business obviously grows.
